Langan Courtney
Langan Courtney is a PhD student studying International Education Policy at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prior to starting her PhD, she spent 15+ years working in refugee education and support services in the U.S., Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Langan has a masters in International Comparative Education from Stanford University (2007) and was a 2012 Rotary Peace Fellow in Thailand.
